What type of report will I receive?
It will be a comprehensive, detailed and bound report complete with digital photographs. There will be a summary report as well as a full report. In addition, you will receive a home care book, energy saver manual and other valuable data.

When will I receive my report?
Your report will be usually be delivered to you the same day as the inspection, or at the latest, the morning following the inspection. I can also e-mail your report to you or it can be downloaded from the web. Reports delivered at time of inspection are available upon request.

Should I be present at the time of the inspection?
Yes, it is highly recommended that you attend with your realtor. We will walk the property together and go over items that will be in the report.

Will you make any repairs or correct any problems for an additional charge?No, this constitutes a conflict of interest and is in direct violation of the NACHI Code of Ethics.
